* Navigation Tools

  * [Save Settings] behavior changed. Settings won't be deleted when checkbox is ticked off. New default is now always off. When ticked on, options will get overwritten.
  * Optimize Route. If you've betwen 4 and 10 waypoints you can now optimize the route to lower the total number of jumps.
  * Starting system will be highlighting on special jump range regional maps (good for black ops)

* Misc
  * Charts will know highlight the downtime (always 11-11:30)
